These terms apply to purchases made on this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

Original work

Every painting offered here is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art by Michael Hafferty. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown on each painting's page, and sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

A painting is reserved for you while you complete checkout. If two people try to buy the same piece at once, only the first completed payment will be successful.

Copyright

Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical work. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Commissions

Commission requests are not orders. Scope, price, timeline, and payment terms for a commission are agreed directly with Michael before work begins.
